Power Platform as Essential Gear for Every Department
At the end of 2024, we launched the first wave of training focused on Power Automate and its use in everyday business practice. The goal was to demonstrate that automation isn’t just for IT—it’s a tool that can help everyone, from HR to finance. Most importantly, even without programming skills, employees can simplify many routine tasks on their own.
The entire training was built around real-life situations people face daily in their company. How to automate document approvals, set up notifications, or connect tools they’ve been using all along. It wasn’t about theory—it was practical tips that started making sense from the very first lessons.
Three Levels, Three Paths to More Efficient Work
The training wasn’t about theoretical lectures but about how everyone can simplify their work right now. Participants could choose a level based on what they need and what challenges they face in daily practice:
🔹 Beginners learned how to set up their own automation in just a few clicks—like vacation approvals or regular notifications.
🔹 Teams with Clear Objectives dove straight into the deep end. They tackled integrating Power Automate with tools like SharePoint, Outlook, or Salesforce, turning specific processes into functional flows.
🔹 Managers and Advanced Users explored how to leverage Microsoft Copilot and data automation for faster decision-making, better insights, and team management.
The training kicked off with online lessons where participants got familiar with the basics of Power Platform and ways to apply automation in everyday tasks. The follow-up onsite workshops were purely hands-on. Participants worked on their own real-life scenarios and had the chance to consult their ideas directly with instructors. They left with new skills and concrete proposals to streamline company processes.
